This article is about the misbehavior of HYBE, Weverse Company, and Source Music. These companies have announced that they would refund the price for remaining membership by points that can only be used in their own mall.

2021.06.09. When the fact that the company violated the law became known, the notice was changed to a cash refund in order to avoid further public debate. The company proposed the deadline of the refund; from 2021.06.09. to 2021.07.08.

However, the company did not explain or apologize to the fans for the violation of the law.

2021.06.09. Twenty-two people’s personal information was leaked, because they failed to set up the Google form for the refund properly. The writer for the form was read as “Big Hit Entertainment.”

2021.06.10. Instead of making a official apology, the company tried to stop the mouth of 22 people whose personal information was leaked, by secretly sending an e-mail and suggesting the amount of 100,000 won(similar value of 100 USD)

When this was revealed, fans were even more mad, and received additional legal advice regarding personal information leakage.

2021.06.11. The company eventually apologized, but the apology was in their own way. 2021.06.17. HYBE and Source Music's mailbox status have revealed:

2021.06.23. Violation of Weverse Company's Labeling and Advertisement Act was exposed. It turned out that the Chinese product was falsely described as Korean.

So far, the company has not made any apology or explanation for the violation of the Labeling and Advertisement Act, and when the violation of the law became known by several Buddies, the product information was suddenly deleted and disappeared.

2021.07.04. - 2021.07.06. HYBE Label, Weverse Shop, or Weverse artists' fans informed the cases of their losses. They also proposed to investigate the real origin of goods.

2021.07.21. Received a report saying that some of membership refunds have not been made yet.

According to the advice given by some lawyer earlier, if the refund is delayed, the delayed interest shall be paid too.
